Washing & Sanitising

Upon receipt of the raw material, samples are taken for testing in our internal laboratory. This material is then tipped into water basins before being automatically channelled to the washing units. Washing is carried out according to cycles adapted to each production batch, with biodegradable eco-friendly products, then rinsed and spin-dried, in order to eliminate all the impurities. Finally, the material is steam-dried according to the most stringent standards, then cooled and dedusted.
